Monitoring supplier performance and analyzing costs and taxes Join the largest electricity meter manufacturer in Latin America! ️ We are a 95-year-old company providing comprehensive technology and solutions for the electrical energy sector. \#VemSerNansen As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing procurement processes for direct and indirect materials, services, domestic transportation, and contract drafting—ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and competitive costs. **Key Responsibilities:** **Supplier Analysis and Selection:** Evaluate suppliers based on technical specifications, volumes, product characteristics, drawings, testing, certifications, color, format, texture, and delivery timelines. **Supplier Development:** Conduct research per product demand and specifications; lead supplier bidding (BID); issue quotation requests; analyze cost breakdowns; track supplier responses; prepare comparative analyses (price, delivery time, location, freight); negotiate commercial terms; conduct audit visits; issue appointment letters. **Contract Management:** Draft contracts using internal templates; submit to legal review; follow up on feedback; ensure electronic signature; create supplier codes; issue contracts in the TOTVS system. **Commercial Follow-up and KPIs:** Monitor supplier performance; conduct follow-up visits; analyze volume versus costs; propose improvements; maintain updated records (lead time, minimum order quantity, purchase orders); prepare departmental reports and indicators. **Cost and Tax Analysis:** Assess ICMS, withheld taxes, and fiscal incentives (e.g., Free Trade Zone); negotiate tax-related costs during pricing; perform detailed cost breakdown analysis.
