Job Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to strategically and operationally manage the procurement process, ensuring the supply of materials, supplies, and services. Key Highlights: 1. Pursuit of cost reduction and continuous process improvement We are looking for **a Procurement Specialist** to act strategically and operationally within the company's procurement process. This professional will be responsible for *ensuring the supply of materials, supplies, and services*, seeking optimal conditions regarding price, delivery time, and quality, aligned with business needs. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of materials, supplies, and services * Develop and maintain supplier relationships * Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules * Monitor procurement and cost performance indicators * Identify alternatives for cost reduction and continuous process improvement * Register invoices and other related documents * Support internal departments in procurement planning * Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures **Requirements** * Completed high school education (bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields is desirable) * Prior experience in procurement * Knowledge of supplier negotiation * Organizational skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility * Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple demands * Basic knowledge of Excel and procurement management systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial-sector procurement * Experience serving as the company’s sole procurement specialist * Knowledge of inventory control and materials planning Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$1\.972,88 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Food basket * Partnerships and commercial discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
