**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
* Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and occupational health and environmental legislation.
* Conduct safety inspections in production and administrative areas.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, performing root cause analyses and developing action plans.
* Manage the unit’s environmental performance, including waste, effluent, and environmental legal requirements.
* Deliver training sessions and awareness campaigns on occupational safety and environmental topics.
* Support internal and external audits.
* Monitor occupational safety and environmental indicators and propose improvements.
* Support the leadership and development of the unit’s EHS team.
**What We Look For:**
* Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety.
* Active professional registration.
* Experience in occupational safety within an industrial environment.
* Experience or knowledge in environmental management.
* Experience with audits and management systems.
* Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and environmental legislation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in team leadership or coordination.
* Familiarity with management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or similar).
* Experience in accident investigation and risk analysis tools.
