Opportunity for professional growth and involvement in significant construction projects The **Construction Supervisor** at RG EMPREENDIMENTOS will be responsible for coordinating and supervising field teams, ensuring activities are carried out according to the schedule, technical project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. Acts as the liaison between the operational team and site management, ensuring productivity, organization, and a positive working environment on-site. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate, guide, and supervise production teams on construction sites * Assign tasks according to daily and weekly planning * Ensure service execution in accordance with project specifications, technical requirements, and deadlines * Monitor productivity, quality, and rework * Report project progress to the engineer and/or site foreman **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor on medium- or large-scale construction projects * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications * Willingness to work in Minas Gerais * Basic or secondary education (construction-related courses preferred) **Preferred Qualifications** * Training courses in Construction Supervision, Site Foremanship, or related fields * Experience in industrial construction, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects * Strong communication skills, leadership ability, and organizational capacity **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Benefits in accordance with company policy * Opportunity for professional growth * Involvement in high-impact construction projects Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.158,49 \- R$4\.470,98 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
