Dynamic environment and opportunity for professional growth **Position: PCP Analyst** We are seeking a strategic PCP Analyst with systemic vision and results orientation to plan and control production. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and control the production flow * Monitor KPIs (OEE, lead time, utilization rate, rework, etc.) * Ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards * Manage conflicts and support team development * Analyze data and generate reports for decision-making * Take preventive actions to avoid production stoppages **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields * Experience in PCP is considered an advantage **Compensation:** R$ 3\.400,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00 (on-site) **Location:** Contagem region, near Carrefour **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * Meal card (R$ 20.00 per day) * Gympass (after 3 months) * Career development plan If you seek professional growth and wish to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
