Responsibilities: \- Establish production plans (type, quantity, deadlines); \- Schedule workforce; \- Guide and monitor production team routines; \- Train and supervise employees; \- Manage control metrics (productivity, cost, quality, and specific consumption); \- Maintain factory organization; \- Manage raw material inventories; \- Manage maintenance activities; \- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures; \- Ensure safety and hygiene; \- Monitor competitors and propose new products. \- Perform operational tasks whenever necessary; Desired competencies: **Proactivity**, dynamism, organization, honesty, teamwork, leadership, conflict resolution.
