Job Summary: Supervise production activities to ensure achievement of targets and quality standards, and manage the team to promote compliance with regulations and identify process improvements. Production supervision and quality assurance **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise production activities to ensure achievement of targets, deadlines, and quality standards; * Manage personnel, including performance monitoring, guidance, feedback, and team development; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal procedures, and operational best practices; * Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes; * Support the Operations Coordinator in organizing and controlling departmental routines. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in similar roles; * Proficiency in people management (team leadership, conflict resolution, and employee engagement); * Knowledge of production routines and performance indicators; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the food/industrial sector (if applicable); * Experience with continuous improvement and performance indicators.
