Job Summary: Responsible for planning, analyzing, and executing the production program, ensuring delivery schedules, cost control, and inventory levels, while providing information to support managerial decisions. Ensuring consistency and availability of industrial information Responsible for receiving, analyzing, evaluating, proposing, and executing the production program in alignment with the sales portfolio, ensuring correct execution, adherence to contracted delivery deadlines, and maintenance of manufacturing costs and inventory levels—utilizing enterprise resource planning systems, spreadsheets, and controls. Also responsible for ensuring that industrial information related to their work is consistent and available to support the company's managerial decisions. DETAILED ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION \- Monitor the company's entire production process. \- Provide support for reports and spreadsheets. \- Analyze production orders, bill of materials, and engineering drawings. \- Generate material lists for manufacturing each issued production order. \- Register purchase requirements via the system. \- Conduct inventory audits. \- Monitor receipt of raw materials. \- Direct sales orders. \- Reschedule PV deliveries to the commercial department. \- Track sales orders in specific production runs. \- Audit inventories and request raw material purchases when necessary. \- Compile orders scheduled for delivery during the upcoming week. \- Adjust manufacturing priorities. \- Audit orders delivered during the previous week. \- Audit deliveries of completed orders separately for the month. \- Audit ongoing production orders. \- Verify and release the company's production orders. \- Analyze the company's sales forecasts. \- Monitor all requests, delivery deadlines, and quantities to be sent to production. \- Track production process stages, including unplanned production stoppages, to propose alternatives and ensure on-time deliveries. \- Comply with the company's Quality Policy. \- Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor. \- Attend meetings as required. \- Perform related duties. Required: Completed bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields. Preferred: Postgraduate specialization in Production Engineering or related fields. Experience with MS Industria system is a plus. * Candidate must have industrial experience and familiarity with industrial raw materials (e.g., profiles, sheets, angles, screws). * Candidate must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Candidate must have experience as an industrial planner (especially in mechanical/metallurgical industries). * Advanced Excel training is required.
