Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and control production; Monitor production orders and delivery deadlines; Analyze productive capacity and propose improvements; Control raw material and finished goods inventory; Generate management reports and performance indicators; Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and production departments. Compensation and Benefits: Salary between R$ 4.000,00 and R$ 6.000,00 (based on experience); Meals provided at the company; Unimed health insurance; Transportation allowance for residents of the city; Relocation assistance for employees from other locations; Meal allowance of R$ 400,00.
