The intern will have the opportunity to learn hands-on and further develop their accounting knowledge. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Accounting program (from the 4th semester onward); * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite; * Basic knowledge of judicial recovery and corporate legislation is preferred; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and professional ethics. **What You Will Learn:** * Practical application of accounting principles in corporate crisis situations; * Understanding of legal procedures related to judicial recovery and bankruptcy; * Interpretation of financial statements in insolvency contexts; * Collaboration with legal, judicial, and financial restructuring teams; * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding sensitive information. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing and analyzing financial and accounting statements for companies undergoing judicial recovery or bankruptcy; * Support in organizing and controlling accounting, tax, and financial documents required in judicial proceedings; * Accounting entries in ERP systems and bank reconciliations; * Support in identifying assets and liabilities, conducting asset valuations, and verifying labor, tax, and civil debts; * Monitoring deadlines and ancillary obligations for companies under judicial recovery (monthly income statements, cash flow statements, balance sheets); * Assist in preparing accounting reports for judicial administrators, judges, and creditors; * Support in official inquiries at courts, notary offices, and public agencies, as needed; * Liaise with judicial administrators, attorneys, and other professionals involved in such proceedings.
