Contract negotiation and alignment with internal teams Responsible for managing external client portfolios (hotels, hotel chains, and independent properties), developing business opportunities, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Field-based role focused on direct sales, networking, and strategic partnerships. Prospecting and acquiring new clients (hotels, resorts, etc.) through visits, calls, and digital outreach. Managing existing client portfolios, monitoring sales cycles, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations. Aligning with internal teams (operations, customer service, technical support, finance) to ensure timely delivery. Negotiating pricing, timelines, SLAs, and billing terms to safeguard margins and profitability. **Requirements:** Familiarity with CRM, ERP/billing, and sales platform tools. Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in related fields (e.g., commercial management, hospitality, tourism, marketing, advertising and public relations).
