Job Summary: Senior construction professional for supervision, project analysis, and technical solution proposals within a hospital network. Key Highlights: 1. Will be responsible for supervision and monitoring of hospital construction projects 2. Analysis of architectural and installation projects (e.g., electrical and hydraulic), and validation of construction diaries 3. Proposal of technical solutions and coordination with hospital teams * Temporary Contract \- Immediate Start, initial duration of 6 months * Experienced professional (senior level) in construction projects, preferably renovation projects. Technical Degree in Construction * Proven work experience documented in employment record. * Must reside in Nova Lima or nearby cities \- Belo Horizonte * Work within a hospital network. Completed Technical Degree in Building Construction Job Description: * Assist in drafting tender documents and supplementary materials for construction contract awards. * Analyze architectural projects and installation projects (e.g., electrical and hydraulic). * Analyze service quantity measurements. * Analyze and validate construction diaries. * Propose technical solutions for field operations. * Possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with hospital teams. * Attend weekly meetings with the contracted party. * Supervise service quality on site. * Conduct daily site inspections and surrounding area checks to monitor progress. * Verify that construction is being executed in accordance with approved plans. * Monitor procurement and delivery of materials supplied by RDSL. * Hold daily meetings with supervision to exchange and obtain project information, ensuring continuous communication. * Proficiency in Excel, Word, and use of websites and applications required for construction activities.
