Maintain furniture, equipment, and infrastructure ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Maintenance Artificer to join our team and ensure the full functionality of our facilities. * POSITION TO COVER VACATION PERIOD Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on building installations; Carry out minor repairs in masonry, plumbing, basic electrical systems, and painting; Maintain furniture, equipment, and infrastructure; Identify repair needs and request necessary materials. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience in this role or in general building maintenance activities. Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and masonry. Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail.
