**Job Summary:** Responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas (industries, commercial establishments, or condominiums), operating small- and large-scale cleaning machines to ensure floor and surface hygiene, as well as maintaining organization and restocking supplies. **Main Responsibilities (Mechanized Cleaning)** * **Machine Operation:** Operate automatic floor scrubbers with operator *on-board* or *walk-behind* configurations, and mechanical sweepers. * **Technical Cleaning:** Perform cleaning and disinfection of industrial floors, corridors, and loading/unloading areas using machines. * **Daily Cleaning:** Sweep, vacuum, wash, wax, and polish surfaces. * **Equipment Maintenance:** Clean and inspect equipment after use to ensure proper functioning (e.g., replace pads and brushes, drain dirty water). * **Waste Disposal:** Collect, sort, and deliver garbage and recyclable waste to designated disposal areas. * **Organization and Maintenance:** Keep restrooms, common areas, offices, and cafeterias clean and orderly. * **Restocking:** Replenish hygiene supplies (paper towels, soap, toilet paper). * **Maintenance Reporting:** Report to supervisors any need for environmental repairs (light bulbs, faucets, structural damage). **3. Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed elementary or high school education. * **Experience:** Experience operating cleaning machines (industrial floor buffers, floor scrubbers) is frequently required. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with dilution and safe use of chemical cleaning agents. * **Skills:** Strong organizational sense, attention to detail, physical agility, and ability to work effectively in a team. * **Certifications:** Willingness to complete safety training programs (NR-06, NR-12, or NRs specific to chemical handling). **4. Competency Profile** * **Commitment:** To scheduled working hours and safety regulations. * **Proactivity:** To identify cleaning needs without constant supervision. * **Attention:** To safety rules when operating machinery and handling chemical products. **5. Working Conditions** * Mandatory use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including safety boots, gloves, and aprons. * Possible shift work (day, night, or rotating 6x1 schedule). * Work environment: May involve exposure to chemical products, biological waste, or machine noise.
