**Administration Internship** **– Commercial Department** Farmácia Eficácia is seeking an Administration intern to work in the commercial department, assisting with internal processes of the telesales team, performance indicator management, operational control, and continuous improvement of customer service workflows. This internship will provide hands-on experience in commercial management, performance analysis, customer service, and administrative process organization within a compounding pharmacy. **Stipend:** * R$1\.000,00 **Benefits** * Meal voucher: R$ 400.00 * Life insurance. * Transportation allowance **Work location** Centro\- Belo Horizonte **Main responsibilities:** * Support monitoring of commercial team performance indicators; * Inputting and verifying managerial spreadsheets; * Assisting in organizing customer service and sales workflows; * Monitoring response time, conversion rate, and team productivity; * Supporting preparation of reports and internal controls; * Registering and updating information in the system; * Initial client contact via WhatsApp, telephone, and digital platforms; * Supporting continuous improvement and process automation projects; * Assisting with administrative routines of the commercial department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an Administration program; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proficiency with spreadsheets and systems; * Interest in management, business processes, and data analysis; * Proactivity and willingness to learn. **Preferred qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; * Interest in commercial management and performance indicators; * Aptitude for technology and systems.
