Receive, identify, store, sort, control, prepare using pharmaceutical technology procedures, label, and dispense oncological medications following Good Storage Practices for outpatient and inpatient patients undergoing chemotherapy or hormone therapy. Perform all steps of the pharmaceutical assistance chain with medical supplies. * **Schedule:** Mon–Thu: 08:00–12:00, 13:00–18:00; Fri: 08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00 * **Salary:** R$2590,10 * **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher or food allowance * Medical assistance (UNIMED) * Dental assistance (METLIFE) * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate) * Childcare assistance for mothers with children up to 4 years old * Quality-of-life program * Funeral plan * Partnerships with restaurants, Oi Lazer Club, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms. * Christmas gift card **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive cytostatic, hormonal, and general medications, verifying conformity with the incoming documentation—including batch number, expiration date, standard temperature for thermo-labile products, and physical characteristics of packaging; * Identify quality and quantity issues during receipt and distribution of medications and medical supplies, keeping management duly informed; * Identify medications and medical supplies using their respective barcodes to enable inventory control and traceability tracking; * Apply Good Storage Practices for cytostatic, hormonal, and general medications to ensure their quality; * Monitor cold room and ambient temperatures twice daily (or as required) using appropriate equipment, recording results in dedicated spreadsheets. * Verify medical prescriptions for oncological, hormonal, and general medications to perform sorting for the pharmaceutical technology laboratory or direct dispensing to nursing; * Interpret production orders for preparing cytostatic, hormonal, and general medications, ensuring alignment with medical prescriptions; * Sort products to be used in each pharmaceutical technology procedure; \- Handle cytostatic and general medications applying Good Hospital Pharmaceutical Technology Practices; * Record all activities in the computerized system to ensure traceability, inventory deduction, and billing receipt system updates; * Conduct periodic inventory counts and participate in scheduled official inventories; * Deliver prepared medications to clinical departments whenever necessary; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Completed Technical Pharmacy course; **Additional Information** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
