Job Summary: Analyst responsible for inspecting transfer reports, identifying fraud, supporting the team with regulatory information, and improving systems. Key Highlights: 1. Suggest system improvements aimed at customer satisfaction **Responsibilities:** Analyze existing vehicle transfer inspection reports in the system, complying with requirements set forth in official ordinances and resolutions; Carefully and attentively examine possible frauds, verifying photo authenticity and adherence to correct inspection procedures as described in official ordinances and resolutions; Assist the support team with information regarding resolutions, ordinances, and vehicle inspection procedures; Suggest improvements to systems—especially the analysis desk and VistoSoft App—with the constant goal of enhancing customer satisfaction; Carry out tasks according to guidance and priorities established by leadership, adhering to company standards and procedures with quality and safety; Support leadership on matters inherent to the role, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to help define appropriate procedures and actions; Stay updated on new procedures and processes relevant to the role; Provide customer support in standardized WhatsApp groups, communicating clearly, interpreting questions, and providing accurate clarifications. Identify customer needs and appropriately direct them to Support. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Minimum one year of experience in vehicle inspections. Knowledge of chassis numbers, engine numbers, and structural components of domestic and imported automobiles, motorcycles, and trucks.
