Support operational team management and monitor service Trip Food Group, operating 4 restaurants in Belo Horizonte (Trip Food Pampulha, Trip Food Sapucaí, Barzenho, and Poutineria), is looking for a committed, dynamic, and leadership-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team! Here, each customer embarks on a gastronomic journey around the world, and your role is to ensure this experience happens in the best possible way — with quality, organization, and positive energy. Night shift. **ABOUT THIS POSITION:** * CLT employment contract; * Rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off); * Salary commensurate with industry standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support operational team management (dining room, bar, and kitchen); * Monitor service delivery to ensure adherence to Trip Food’s quality standards; * Contribute to team training and development; * Monitor dining room flow and resolve incidents promptly; * Assist with inventory control, cash register opening and closing; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational best practices. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Must be at least 18 years old; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership aptitude; * Minimum of 6 months’ verifiable prior experience in team management or supervision within restaurants, bars, or similar food-service operations; * Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. **BENEFITS:** * Night shift allowance; * Banked hours; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Birthday day-off; * On-site meals; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher.
