If you are passionate about being part of this purpose and wish to stay one step ahead of the market, join us! **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and procurement of laboratory and hospital supplies; * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, and logistics with suppliers; * Manage supplier relationships, including performance evaluation; * Analyze proposals and prepare comparative analyses to support decision-making; * Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishments to prevent stockouts; * Track delivery schedules and ensure compliance with purchase orders. Prepare performance reports (KPIs): * Gross margin, inventory turnover, stockouts; * Supplier profitability; * Adopt an integrated perspective across procurement, commercial, and finance functions. Define and review selling prices based on: * Acquisition cost; * Target margin; * Market positioning; * Competition; * Analyze product- and category-level profitability; * Monitor the impact of supplier price adjustments; * Apply strategic mark-up and mark-down practices; * Identify margin improvement opportunities; * Collaborate with the commercial team to develop promotional activities; * Support campaign creation (discounts, bundles, inventory turnover). **We are looking for someone who has:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields; * Experience in procurement for resale; * Experience in e-commerce or healthcare is desirable; * Experience in pricing and margin management; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; * Strong analytical ability; * ERP system knowledge; * Strategic mindset; * Analytical profile with results orientation; * Negotiation skills; * Clear communication; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactive, results-oriented profile; * Collaborative work ethic.
