Job Summary: A cashier responsible for exchanging cash for chips, receiving payments, and supporting customers in a high-end environment, requiring attention to detail and strong communication skills. Key Highlights: 1. Previous cashier experience, preferably in high-end environments 2. Excellent numerical skills and extreme attention to detail 3. Ability to handle large sums of money under pressure **Main Responsibilities:** · Exchange cash for chips and vice\-versa with absolute accuracy. · Verify poker chips to ensure authenticity and integrity. * Receive payments in cash, credit/debit card, PIX, or other methods * Accurately track all monetary inflows and outflows * Record all transactions in the system * Provide prompt and courteous support to VIP players and other patrons * Adhere to internal security protocols * Assist in resolving customer inquiries or issues **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Prior cashier experience, preferably in high-end environments (casinos, luxury hotels, poker rooms, banks) * Excellent numerical skills and **extreme attention to detail** * Professional, discreet, and elegant demeanor * Ability to handle **large sums of money under pressure** Strong communication and customer service skills for demanding clientele * Basic English proficiency is a plus (especially when serving international clients) * Experience in supermarkets, retail stores, or pharmacies Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
