Opportunities for learning and development. **Position Objective** Promote women's health products to medical professionals and healthcare practitioners through in-person and remote visits, positioning our products and company brand as differentiators in addressing unmet needs in women's healthcare. * Although one or more potential candidates for this position have been identified through internal succession planning, we will consider applications from all interested candidates. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop deep market knowledge (competitors, customers, key stakeholders, and patient journey). * Possess in-depth technical knowledge of products, clinical studies, and promotional materials, aligning with the strategic direction of the Marketing and Sales teams, and conducting customized visits to meet customer needs. * Execute the tactical plan aligned with Marketing and Sales strategy, adhering to the organization’s compliance policies and regulations. * Strive to achieve established territory targets, including demand, market share, and productivity KPIs. * Collaborate synergistically with other company departments—including Marketing, Commercial, Access, Public Market, and other business units—to identify and maximize new opportunities (cross-functional collaboration). * Develop, implement, and monitor the action plan, defining priorities, quantitative and qualitative objectives, and timelines to enhance performance within the territory. * Proficiency in audit tools, DDD, MDTR, GPS, interpreting market, product, and customer performance. * Ensure excellence in executing promotional events jointly with the Medical Affairs and Marketing teams, following company guidelines. * Ensure accurate entry of customer data, segmentation, visit history, and visit planning in company systems to support and track contact strategies and productivity. * Comply fully with all company rules and policies, acting ethically in business dealings. * Customer Follow-up: Understand each customer’s needs and priorities, seek customized solutions, and build lasting, trust-based relationships. * Visit retail pharmacies (PDVs) to introduce company products to pharmacists, monitor inventory levels, demand, pricing, and potentially take orders—always respecting commercial policies and inter\-farma regulations. **Education, Experience and Required Skills** * Completed undergraduate degree. * 1\+ years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry. * Planning, organization, results orientation, execution, collaboration, effective communication, and decision-making. * Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce, etc.). * Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time. * Analysis of segment audits. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Planning, organization, results orientation, execution, collaboration, effective communication, and decision-making. **Education, Experience and Desired Skills** * Prior experience with products targeting physicians specializing in women's health. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Postgraduate degree. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary \+ sales incentive compensation. * Direct employment contract with superior benefits. * Opportunities for learning and development. **Secondary Job Description** **Who We Are:** Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
