Our commitment is to combine operational efficiency with positive environmental impact, helping major industries and retail build a more sustainable and regenerative future. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop the maintenance team, ensuring discipline, engagement, and strict compliance with safety regulations. **Maintenance Planning (PCM):** Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring maximum equipment availability. **Resource Management:** Manage spare parts inventory, third-party service contracts, and departmental budgets. **Quality and Safety:** Ensure all technical interventions comply with quality and occupational safety standards (PPEs, NR-10, NR-12). **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** Monitor performance metrics (MTBF, MTTR, and costs) to support data-driven decision-making. **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements in industrial operations to reduce unplanned downtime. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Production) or solid technical education complemented by higher education in related fields. **Experience:** Proven track record in industrial maintenance, with demonstrated experience leading operational teams. **Technical Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of mechanical and industrial electrical systems, as well as maintenance management tools. **Behavioral Profile:** Decisive leadership, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage conflicts and work under pressure. **Benefits** Meal allowance (BRL 29.40 per day), Transportation allowance or mobility benefit, Health insurance plan, pharmacy partnership, University partnership, Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00, Life insurance **Work Location: Resiban Unit – Vale do Jatobá – Barreiro**
