We define goals and KPIs, cascade goals from strategic planning, manage strategic projects, automate processes, identify improvements, train teams on management methodologies and tools—and much, much more. **Let’s go together \#ToInfinity?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enable the structuring of the Stratws system; * Structuring of KPIs; * Goal cascading; * KPI formulas and management; * Data collection and updating; * Critical review and suggestions for new KPIs; * Goal setting; * Support in developing performance evaluations; * Project management — preparation of EAP, TAP, and schedules; * Management of project KPIs; * Support in analyzing performance deviations; * Development of management tools; * Support in budget monitoring; * Implementation of management rituals; * Creation of Power BI dashboards featuring key departmental KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Statistics, or related fields, from the 4th semester onward; * Familiarity with management/quality tools; * Microsoft Office suite; * Strong desire to learn; * Good communication skills and proactivity; * Creativity and innovation. **Additional Information** **Hiring Type:** Internship **Location:** Estoril – Belo Horizonte/MG (100% on-site) **Working Hours:** 6 hours per day, always respecting academic schedules! **What \#Primer People Get:** * Caju Card A flexible card you can use wherever you prefer—whether with coworkers at lunch or for grocery shopping.
