Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and executing civil maintenance activities (painting, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry), supporting the Civil Engineer and ensuring operational continuity of hospital facilities. Responsible for supervising and executing activities in the civil workshops of Santa Casa BH, performing painting, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry services. Provides direct support to the Civil Engineer, ensuring that maintenance and minor repairs are carried out with quality, safety, and in accordance with hospital standards. Controls materials, equipment, and work orders; guides teams; monitors field execution; and actively participates in services when necessary, ensuring operational continuity of facilities. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Salary:** R$4056.54 + R$400.00 Construction Industry Allowance * **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher; * Meal voucher or food voucher; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance (Childcare Assistance) of R$200.00 (per child) for mothers with children meeting eligibility criteria and aged up to 4 years (limited to 3 children); * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, workshops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise and execute civil maintenance activities (painting, plumbing, masonry, and carpentry) according to Santa Casa BH’s operational priorities; * Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and direct interventions for repairs and minor construction projects; * Assign tasks and guide the operational team, providing technical support and actively participating in executions when necessary; * Control materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability for daily demands; * Monitor and oversee third-party services, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with hospital standards; * Verify and ensure services comply with project specifications and internal Santa Casa BH standards; * Guarantee proper use of PPEs and adherence to safety regulations, especially in critical areas; * Maintain organization of workshops and work areas, ensuring safe and efficient workflow; * Serve as the liaison between the operational team and engineering, filtering requests and communicating needs clearly; * Record activities, update work orders, and support technical maintenance control; * Perform other related tasks of equivalent complexity upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; **Additional Information** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience as a supervisor.
