Contribution to the preparation of executive reports and presentations Provide technical and administrative support to Project Office activities, contributing to indicator monitoring, preparation of management reports, information organization, and support for project management processes, aiming at professional development and practical application of academic knowledge. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 14:00 **Stipend: R$1\.000,00** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance Life insurance **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in data collection, processing, and analysis to support decision-making; Support monitoring of strategic and operational indicators (KPIs); Contribute to the preparation of management reports, executive presentations, and technical studies; Support documentation and standardization of project management-related processes; Participate in meeting organization, minutes preparation, and follow-up of pending items; Support records and controls related to the Quality Management System; Perform other related tasks of equivalent difficulty level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration, Accounting, Nursing, Health Services Management, Hospital Management, Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Engineering, Law, or Information Technology, from the 3rd semester onward.
