Support to the Human Resources Department An automotive parts and accessories manufacturer seeks a Junior Human Resources Analyst in São Joaquim de Bicas. **Responsibilities:** Conduct screening interviews and administer simple behavioral assessments, such as DISC. Carry out recruitment and selection processes. Assist with documentation for new employee registration and integration (Onboarding). Support training needs analysis. Participate in performance evaluations and experience assessments. Conduct organizational climate surveys. Monitor performance indicators, such as turnover and absenteeism. Collaborate with internal company communications. Provide support to the Human Resources Department with basic knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT).
