Participation in structured departmental routines **About the position:** We are looking for a **Purchasing Intern** to support our supply, materials, and pharmaceuticals management activities, collaborating directly with the team and contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop technical skills, participate in structured routines, and gain firsthand experience in the functioning of an essential department within the care chain. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring the receipt of materials and pharmaceuticals at the pharmacy. * Supporting the procurement process for materials, pharmaceuticals, and dietary items. * Assisting in the registration and pricing of materials and pharmaceuticals (MAT/MED). * Tabulating and analyzing data for supplier evaluation. * Supporting the calculation and completion of performance indicators. * Assisting in identifying and resolving issues with suppliers. * Verifying invoices and purchase orders. * Assisting in publishing and analyzing quotations. * Updating flowcharts, internal procedures, and work instructions. * Supporting routines related to the Quality Management System. * Participating in addressing departmental notifications and non-conformities. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a **Pharmacy** degree program (mandatory). * Familiarity with computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite) is desirable.
