Job Summary: Kitchen Assistant responsible for operating equipment, organizing and cleaning the work area, checking product expiration dates, and sanitizing utensils. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for operating and maintaining kitchen equipment 2. Focused on organization, cleanliness, and monitoring product expiration dates 3. Essential functions for the smooth operation of the kitchen KITCHEN ASSISTANT WORK SCHEDULES: DAY SHIFT (8:00 AM – 4:20 PM); INTERMEDIATE SHIFT (8:00 PM – 4:20 AM); NIGHT SHIFT (11:40 PM – 8:00 AM) Correctly operate kitchen equipment (bain-marie, exhaust hoods, refrigerated worktables, etc.); Check functionality of cold and frozen storage chambers; Always perform PVP’S; Organize and clean the work section; Verify expiration dates of all products; Wash and sanitize all equipment; Remove waste generated during operations.
