We seek talents who want to grow with us and leave their mark in an environment that values respect, continuous learning, and diversity. **Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Analyst to support employee integration and engagement. **Responsibilities:** * Manage onboarding processes, documentation with the Payroll & Benefits Department, and benefit enrollment requests; * Conduct experience assessments and offboarding procedures; evaluate feedback policies; analyze exit and experience interview data; and deliver actionable insights to leadership; * Perform diagnostics to identify improvement opportunities across departments and implement necessary actions; * Conduct periodic visits to major cities within the region; * Execute initiatives aimed at strengthening organizational culture; * Identify, design, and deliver training and development programs tailored to employees. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in HR metrics (KPIs) to propose evidence-based and data-driven solutions; * Experience working with HR subsystems; * Strong communication skills and dynamism; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
