*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain an updated supplier database, including information on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and reliability.
* Assist the pharmacist in supplier qualification and periodic performance evaluations, based on criteria defined by the institution.
* Resolve supply issues, such as delays or quality failures, and document actions taken.
* Maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers, pursuing long-term partnerships that deliver ongoing benefits to the company.
* Request quotations from multiple suppliers and conduct comparisons to identify the best proposal in terms of price, quality, and delivery timeline.
* Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial terms, including discounts, payment terms, delivery timelines, and warranties.
* Create and issue purchase orders in the computerized system, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned with negotiated quotations.
* Monitor internal purchase order approval processes and communication with suppliers.
* Track the status of delivered products and services, ensuring receipt within agreed timelines.
* Verify conformity of delivered products against purchase specifications; if discrepancies arise, contact suppliers for corrections or returns.
* Record material receipts in the computerized system, ensuring accurate data updates.
* Identify and report discrepancies between received materials and purchase orders, such as damaged items or incorrect quantities.
* Enter invoice data into the management system, ensuring all information is correctly recorded.
* Store products in the CAF according to established organization standards, ensuring easy access and item identification.
* Maintain organized inventory, clearly labeling products using tags, codes, or other identification methods.
* Arrange materials according to rotation criteria (FIFO) or other company-defined criteria.
* Assist in inventory control and monitoring, recording all material inflows and outflows.
* Conduct periodic physical counts (inventories) to ensure system quantities match physical stock.
* Alert the manager when specific items reach minimum stock levels to prevent shortages.
* Fulfill material requisitions as requested by other departments or the main pharmacy, ensuring correct quantities and items are supplied.
* Provide information regarding product availability in stock and advise on material delivery timelines.
* Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety regulations and good storage practices.
* Ensure circulation areas remain unobstructed and materials are properly stored in designated locations to prevent accidents.
* Follow proper disposal guidelines for expired or damaged MAT/MED and OPME items per PGRSS.
* Monitor storage conditions for MAT/MED and OPME, especially ambient temperature and humidity, and verify product expiration dates.
*Qualifications:*
Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in health sciences

Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
*Salary: R$ 2.972,00*
