We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional committed to transforming fresh ingredients into memorable gastronomic experiences. * Lead and coordinate the hot kitchen team * Plan, create, and finalize dishes, ensuring quality standards and presentation * Supervise all kitchen production, ensuring efficiency and organization * Manage work schedules and task distribution for the team * Control waste and optimize production processes * Place purchase orders and manage ingredient inventory * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and health surveillance regulations * Train, develop, and monitor team performance * Standardize recipes and kitchen processes * Monitor dish preparation time and quality of served dishes * Address daily operational issues * Proven experience as a head chef or kitchen leader * Education or qualification in gastronomy * Experience managing teams * Knowledge of inventory and cost control * Organization, leadership, and proactivity * Flexible availability (6x1 schedule) Company; **Sushinara** is a benchmark Japanese cuisine restaurant, recognized for excellence in service and the superior quality of its ingredients.
