Important job details: * Work location: Contagem – MG. * Work modality: Hybrid. * Contract type: Permanent. Responsibilities: * Recording incoming fiscal invoices; * Issuing return purchase fiscal invoices; * Monitoring and resolving discrepancies between XML and Purchase Orders; * Monitoring and managing demand-related e\-mails; * Filling out and analyzing the discrepancy control spreadsheet; * Supporting internal and external customers; * Issuing fiscal invoices for import nationalization. Required knowledge and skills: * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields is desirable; * Knowledge of SAP MM; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of fiscal legislation. Preferred qualifications: * Experience in the manufacturing industry; * English and/or Spanish proficiency.
