




Job Summary: This internship supports hospital pharmaceutical care activities, ensuring patient therapeutic safety and compliance with applicable regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for hospital pharmaceutical care. 2. Pharmaceutical counseling for surgical patients. 3. Experience in pharmaceutical inventory control and management. **Schedule: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM — Monday to Friday** Provide support for pharmaceutical care activities related to hospital-use products, ensuring institutional needs are met and patient therapeutic safety is maintained; * Act in accordance with the Professional Code of Ethics and current legislation. * Serve internal customers promptly, safely, and ethically. * Participate in departmental training sessions and development initiatives. **Under the supervision of a pharmacist:** * Conduct proactive patient identification (surgical map). * Provide pharmaceutical counseling to surgical patients and those in the glaucoma care pathway. * Document pharmaceutical progress notes in electronic medical records. * Support pharmaceutical audits and medication safety initiatives. * Contribute to educational training and awareness activities for healthcare professionals and patients. * Support pharmaceutical inventory control and management activities (counting, dispensing, verification, and inventories). * Assist the satellite pharmacy and other operational departmental needs. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Pharmacy undergraduate program, from the 4th semester onward; Familiarity with regulations applicable to the field is desirable; Completion of coursework in hospital pharmacy and pharmacology is required.
