Here, we offer a collaborative environment where personal and professional development is consistently encouraged, always underpinned by a strong commitment to environmental responsibility. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Drive vehicles (HR, Saveiros, Fiorinos, and 3/4-ton trucks) to collect Class 1 waste (healthcare and industrial). Verify the route before departure; Perform pre-departure vehicle checklist in the system: electrical system, tire condition, documentation, Identify vehicle damages, etc. Complete vehicle departure authorization with all required information; monitor fuel level and refuel the vehicle as needed at authorized gas stations. Report incidents and route-related issues to the direct supervisor; Assess optimal route execution strategy; Maintain courtesy and professionalism toward coworkers, clients, and members of the public during route operations; Keep cargo organized together with the assistant; Carry “CLOSED LOCATION” signs in the vehicle to place at client sites when clients are absent; possess thorough knowledge of neighborhoods, city layout, and streets to facilitate route navigation; Re-check the entire route across the city/neighborhood/region before departure to confirm all clients have been serviced; Adjust expenses as necessary. Substitute other drivers on trips when required. Perform collections as needed, assisting the Assistant. Weigh collected waste in front of the client and record details in the manifest. Use the APP to register collections, entering all required collection information. Immediately notify the direct supervisor or maintenance department of any vehicle issues and/or accidents; Report if the assistant is unwell or unfit for work. Confirm that the cargo compartment doors are locked together with the assistant. Assist the Assistant in unloading the truck at the end of the day at designated areas: healthcare waste, cold storage, and industrial waste. Work in the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region.
