




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support administrative routines, customer service, report preparation, and identification of minor repairs. Classification and identification of minor property repairs We are looking for an organized, proactive, and well-communicating Administrative Assistant to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support for administrative routines and building maintenance * Telephone customer service and support for clients and internal staff. * Preparation of reports, e\-mails, and internal controls. * Classification and identification of minor property repairs (not responsible for executing the repairs). * Support in external activities when required. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), Category B. * Strong verbal communication and excellent written skills. * Basic/intermediate computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, e\-mails, and systems). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in administrative roles. * Basic knowledge of building maintenance or property conservation. **Compensation and Benefits** * Salary: R$ 2\.205,00 * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Unimed health and dental plan * Pharmacy partnership * Wellhub (Gympass) * SESI and SESC Club partnership Employment Type: Permanent CLT Pay: R$2\.205,00 per month Benefits: * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Betim? * Do you have experience with property maintenance?
