Support Attendant across our units, covering vacations, leaves of absence, or absences. We seek someone who welcomes, listens to, and understands customers’ needs—focused on preserving humanized service without compromising the quality and excellence we highly value. **About the Area:** In-person attendance/reception. **Main Responsibilities:** Prepare the customer service counter according to standard operating procedures; Request personal identification documents with photo (RG, CNH, Birth Certificate for minors under 18), health insurance card (validity date and printed name), medical referral, or for private requests, and exam preparation requirements; verify presence in the system for information confirmation or perform registration; Provide information regarding health insurance plans and required exam preparation (imaging/sample collection/vaccination); Perform cost estimates and scheduling (by phone or system) for exams and vaccinations, based on the client’s chosen location; Verify attendance slips and private medical referrals; verify simulation reports and generate overall slip reports upon leadership request; Control and forward (via courier, mail, email, or system) attendance slips to the billing department for payment processing; Perform pre-billing/attendance slip verification using system-generated reports, verifying all service details—from customer and physician data to registered exams—and completing the overall summary for submission to the billing department to process claims with health insurers. **We Are Looking For Someone With:** Completed high school education; Experience in patient registration and healthcare service delivery is desirable; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Confidence and competence in public-facing roles.
