Compounding Assistant - Encapsulation

Job Summary: Professional responsible for encapsulating magistral formulas, fulfilling compounding orders, and maintaining laboratory cleanliness and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Compounding and encapsulation of magistral formulas 2. Inventory control and laboratory organization 3. Maintenance of equipment cleaning and sanitization **1\- Main Responsibilities** * Encapsulate magistral formulas according to the compounding order; * Accurately complete the compounding order (full information on capsules used – size, color, batch, supplier, expiration date); * Monitor capsule and packaging inventory; * Accurately complete the weighing record sheet in the MANIPULATED field; * Correctly register the ENCAPSULATION stage of the PCP system; * Maintain the compounding area and equipment clean and organized; * Perform maintenance and cleaning of exhaust systems; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of the encapsulation machine; * Ensure overall laboratory cleanliness and sanitization; * Perform cleaning and sanitization of your workbench and discs between each compounding process; * Deliver utensils requiring washing to the washing area and wash them as needed; * Store utensils at the end of the day; * Perform average weight and final capsule count, if required; * Properly wear personal protective equipment following all sanitary regulations; * Clean your uniforms and maintain them in good condition; * Immediately report any process deviations and/or losses to the responsible pharmacist **Requirements:** Technical course in Chemistry or Pharmacy. **What We Offer:** Fixed salary \+ productivity bonus; Transportation allowance (VT) or fuel reimbursement; Meal allowance or meal voucher; Attendance bonus; Afternoon coffee at the company; University partnership agreements; Commercial discounts; TOTAL PASS gym plan; Multi-benefit platform and much more! **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM; Alternate Saturdays, 9 AM to 12 PM **Location:** Avenida Amazonas, 467 - Centro, Praça 7 - BH/MG Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Experience: * Compounding Pharmacy (Mandatory) * Encapsulation (Preferred) * Weighing (Preferred) * Average Weight (Preferred)
