Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams ***About the position:*** **We are looking for a Fluent English Project Analyst for Construction Projects** to monitor, organize, and provide technical support for planning and execution activities of civil construction projects of Premium Group Inc. (an American construction company). The role focuses on project control, analysis, and operational support. We seek an organized, proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable handling technical and administrative information related to civil construction. **Desirable:** Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing: **Civil Engineering, Architecture, Production Engineering, General Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management**, or related fields. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor project progress and update construction schedules. * Organize technical documents, drawings, photographic reports, and general site records. * Control machinery, materials, and equipment for construction sites. * Assist in cost control, quantity surveying, and budgeting. * Interface with suppliers, subcontractors, and field teams to collect information. * Support project analysis, identify inconsistencies, and communicate them to the responsible team. * Monitor deliveries, materials, deadlines, and pending items, requesting adjustments when necessary. * Prepare progress reports, comparative charts, analyses, and summaries for supervisor review. * Monitor procurement and logistics processes related to the project. * Handle applications and follow-up of licenses related to the project.
