Human Resources Consulting is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst in Belo Horizonte. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1 (T1), performing in-depth technical investigation to confirm threats or rule out complex false positives. Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions for detection rules in the SIEM. Maintain the knowledge base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record hours dedicated to support activities and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, propose improvements, and support customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities in this position.
