Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Handbag Fashion Designer with a keen eye for design and a passion for developing products that embody the brand’s style and identity. Conduct negotiations with international suppliers and monitor deadlines We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and trend-savvy **Handbag Fashion Designer**, with a keen eye for design and a passion for developing products that embody the brand’s style and identity. \* Key Responsibilities: \* Develop high-standard handbag collections aligned with the brand’s positioning, aesthetic identity, and commercial strategies. \* Research fashion trends, consumer behavior, materials, finishes, and innovation in domestic and international markets. \* Create and validate creative concepts, mood boards, color palettes, materials, and finishes. \* Oversee technical product development (pattern making, hardware, leathers, fabrics, trims, and finishes). \* Directly contact and negotiate with international suppliers, including sample requests, material development, and deadline tracking. \* Lead technical meetings and exchanges, ensuring clarity in specifications and alignment. \* Collaborate with PCP, procurement, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cost feasibility, timeline adherence, and product positioning. \* Monitor prototypes, adjustments, pilot approvals, and production releases. \* Serve as a technical and creative reference for the styling team, where applicable. \* Requirements: \* Degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields. \* Proven experience, preferably in handbags, accessories, or high-end fashion. \* In-depth knowledge of raw materials (leather, hardware, specialty finishes). \* Experience in product development and the fashion supply chain. \* Fluent English for communication with international suppliers and partners. \* Proficiency in creative and development tools. \* Creative, organized profile with excellent aesthetic sense.
