Job Summary: We are seeking an N2 Analyst – Mid-Level (Clinical Support/Nursing) to work on hospital system implementation projects, ensuring excellence and alignment with client processes. Customer support for system configuration, validation, and evolution A technology company with **10 years of market experience**, specializing in hospital management solutions and clinical support services. We operate nationwide, promoting operational efficiency and directly contributing to improved healthcare delivery. We are currently experiencing a phase of **expansion and growth**, and we seek an **N2 Analyst – Mid-Level (Clinical Support/Nursing)** to join our team, responsible for directly participating in clinical support system implementation and rollout projects, with excellence, organization, and a results-oriented focus on nursing processes. Your primary mission will be to support the customer in system configuration, validation, and evolution, ensuring that all scheduled deliverables are completed with quality, security, and alignment with the healthcare institution’s internal processes. Work arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday, 44 hours/week. A completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is desirable, along with prior experience in hospital clinical support system implementation projects — particularly hands-on experience with TASY ERP projects. Proficiency in nursing processes; functional knowledge of clinical modules in hospital HIS/ERP systems (PEP, prescription, clinical notes/progress notes, and routine processes); ability to model and analyze processes; familiarity with issue tracking and prioritization tools (e.g., Ocomon, GLPI, Redmine, Jira, or similar); experience in requirements mapping, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support; ability to produce clear and concise technical and functional documentation.
