Main Responsibilities: * Develop and monitor **production planning and scheduling**; * Analyze **productive capacity**, demand, and lead time; * Issue and control **production orders**; * Monitor production progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; * Manage **raw material, work-in-process, and finished goods inventories**; * Direct interface with **procurement, production, engineering, and logistics departments**; * Analyze performance indicators (OTD, efficiency, productivity, inventory turnover); * Support continuous improvement of production processes; * Ensure adherence to agreed-upon customer deadlines. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with management systems (ERP); * Prior experience in procurement, logistics, or related areas.
