Job Summary: This professional will assist in various construction activities, including demolition, site preparation, excavation, material transportation, and general cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in demolitions and site preparation 2. Support in excavations and material handling 3. Active participation in construction site organization and safety \- Demolish small concrete, masonry, and other structures; \- Prepare construction sites, including area cleaning and soil compaction; \- Perform manual excavation using pickaxes, shovels, spades, and hoes; \- Prepare concrete mix and other materials required for tasks; \- Assist in loading, transporting, and unloading materials, tools, and equipment; \- Assist in truck receiving; \- Perform general and heavy cleaning of service areas, including sweeping and removal of material residues and signage at the end of activities; \- Assist in releasing, organizing, and signaling areas to ensure safe task execution; \- Communicate with mobile machinery operators, when necessary, to ensure site safety; \- Perform rigging of components, verifying cable (sling) and shackle positioning; \- Assist in loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment; \- Signal vehicle, machinery, and equipment operators using standard hand signals (up, down, right, left, forward, backward); \- Assist in area demarcation painting; \- Assist in painting tasks and surface preparation; \- Clean tools with solvents and return drums, cans, and waste to appropriate locations.
