WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Serve customers by providing information about products and services. Identify the nature of requests from internal and/or external customers, and assist them as needed. * Forward bureaucratic matters, verify documentation required to execute services, refer customers to the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IML), collect payment vouchers, and perform other tasks to complete customer service and referral to the funeral home. * Complete forms and record information in the system. * Provide support services in HR, administration, finance, and logistics. * Assist management with routine administrative tasks. Organize various departmental documents and files, classifying them according to predefined criteria and archiving them per departmental procedures. * Maintain office supplies, identify replenishment needs, and request purchases from the responsible person based on identified needs. * Assess material requirements and inform the local manager.
