Manage CRM and optimize the prospecting cadence. ### **Description** Our client is a global branding studio that combines brand intelligence and creativity to drive business growth. We are seeking a BDR to conduct outbound lead prospecting and open new business opportunities! Compensation: R$3\.000 to R$5\.000 \+ Commission Work Model: Hybrid, 2 days/week in Belo Horizonte (MG) Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) ### **Responsibilities** * ️Be the first point of contact with our future clients, identifying opportunities, engaging leads, and opening doors to business; * ️Actively prospect (outbound) and qualify leads; * ️Schedule qualified meetings for the Closer; * ️Manage and nurture the CRM, following the defined prospecting cadence. ### **Requirements** * ️Availability to work onsite, 2 days per week, in Belo Horizonte (MG); * ️Previous experience as an SDR | BDR, including active prospecting; * ️Proficiency with CRM tools; * ️Practical knowledge of sales funnels and cadence workflows. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * ️Experience in Marketing and Branding.
