**Position: Dietitian – Conselheiro Lafaiete (MG)**
We are looking for a committed, organized, and proactive **Dietitian** to work in **Conselheiro Lafaiete – MG**, ensuring quality, safety, and excellence in meal production and distribution.

Work Schedule
**12x36** shift – from **6:00 AM to 6:00 PM**
(Availability to work weekends and holidays as per schedule)
Compensation and Benefits
* **Salary:** R$ 2.300,00
* **Meal allowance:** R$ 240,00
* **Gym membership agreement**
* **Attendance bonus:** R$ 100,00
Main Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for ensuring the nutritional, sanitary, and operational quality of food services, performing the following activities:
✔ Production and Distribution Monitoring
* Supervise all stages of meal production;
* Ensure processes comply with technical and nutritional standards;
* Monitor distribution, ensuring food quality, appropriate temperature, and presentation.
✔ Quality Control and Food Safety
* Monitor and ensure compliance with **hygiene standards and good handling practices**;
* Control quality, expiration dates, and storage of ingredients and food items;
* Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations.
✔ Planning and Organization
* Support the development and implementation of balanced, population-appropriate menus;
* Develop, complete, and monitor control spreadsheets (temperature, inventory, expiration dates, production, etc.);
* Manage inventory and prevent waste.
✔ Team Management and Training
* Conduct periodic training sessions for kitchen staff;
* Guide employees on good handling practices and food safety;
* Promote continuous improvement of internal processes.
Requirements
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Nutrition**;
* Active registration with CRN;
* Knowledge of good handling practices and food safety;
* Prior experience in the field is considered an advantage.
