We are seeking a dynamic, communicative, and sales-passionate commercial professional to work in the automotive sector. We are looking for proactive individuals focused on results and skilled in negotiation—people who enjoy working with targets and delivering excellent customer service. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * In-person and digital customer service for individuals interested in vehicles; * **90% of sales generated through the system;** * Negotiation with leads sourced from the system; * Conducting negotiations and closing sales; * Proactively prospecting customers and tracking leads; * Technical and commercial presentation of vehicles; * Conducting test drives and providing support throughout the entire purchasing process; * Tracking proposals, financing, and documentation; * After-sales service and customer relationship management for retention; * Updating systems and monitoring the sales funnel. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Prior experience in the automotive sector;** * Proficiency with digital platforms, Instagram, and lead management systems; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Strong customer service and negotiation skills. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM **INITIAL COMPENSATION:** * Fixed salary: R$1.728,00 * Transportation/Fuel allowance * Attractive variable commission * Average monthly salary around R$8,000.00 – R$10,000.00 * Weekly bonus * Breakfast provided at the office * **CLT employment contract** **WORK LOCATION** * Barreiro Job type: Full-time, permanent CLT position Pay: R$1,700.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
