Development of training programs and support for employees **Hiring Professionals Specializing in Benefits** Requirements: **Education and Experience** * Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources; * Experience with employee benefits and time clock systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS tools. **Skills** * Sense of urgency; * Excellent interpersonal skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical mindset; * Proactivity and autonomy when interacting with employees; * Sound judgment and empathy complete the profile. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Perform operational procedures on benefits loading platforms — meal vouchers, food vouchers, fuel vouchers, and transportation vouchers; * Carry out internal benefits management procedures — data entry into indicators, data validation, and process monitoring until actual payment; * Conduct training sessions regarding implemented processes to better clarify correct procedures for Site Administrators when submitting and forwarding requests to the Benefits Department; * Monitor and provide support for matters related to time clock reading and operation — at both the Central Office and construction sites; * Support employees in using time clocks and time tracking systems — at construction sites — and manage internal time tracking — at the Central Office. **Additional Details about the Department** * The professional must possess a strategic vision for improving the company’s employee benefits offerings. * It is also essential to handle confidential information — a critical requirement for the HR field. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary:** Market-competitive. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance (after probation period); * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Basic food basket; * Transportation allowance; * Christmas basket.
