




Job Summary: Coordinate and execute administrative and financial activities, acting as the interface with accounting, leading teams, and providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor activities and procedures to ensure excellence in service delivery while safeguarding all involved parties. Monitor cash flow and other financial department processes; act as the liaison between the company and accounting firms by submitting documents; ensure compliance with required procedures by employees; organize work schedules. Lead, train, and supervise employee teams according to operational needs. Issuing and recording invoices; supplier payments; customer service; procurement; support for corporate development projects. Serve and guide customers according to their needs, including: quotations, services, vehicle deliveries, payments, etc. Requirements:**Knowledge** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, or Accounting. * Preferred: courses and knowledge in sales, negotiation, and administrative management. * Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency **Experience/Skills** Experience as a leader in administrative, financial, or human resource management roles Preferred: Residency in the Contagem-MG region Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$2.800,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you reside in Contagem or nearby regions?
