We are seeking a **DevOps Engineer** to build, automate, and evolve our cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security of the platform. This professional will play a key role in optimizing continuous delivery pipelines, managing Kubernetes environments, and implementing system observability for high-volume systems, contributing to the reliability and performance of our SaaS platform. **Location:** Remote (open to candidates from anywhere in Brazil). **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes * **Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery** * Develop scripts and automations to reduce operational tasks * **Manage Kubernetes environments (deployments, pods, autoscaling, and troubleshooting)** * Ensure application scalability and stability in production * **Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)** * Manage networks, load balancers, and compute resources * Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Pulumi, or similar tools * Version infrastructure and environments following Git best practices * **Create and maintain Docker images and containerization processes** * Implement monitoring using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana * Centralize logs and implement distributed tracing * Create dashboards, metrics, and alerts to monitor platform health * Manage Apache Kafka clusters and streaming infrastructure * Support data pipelines and system integrations * Work with SQL and NoSQL databases in distributed environments * Implement infrastructure and cloud security best practices * Manage access controls, permissions, and credentials * **Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of environments** * Administer secrets, access policies, and environment governance Requirements: **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU (Mandatory)** * **Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps roles.** * **Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container-based architecture** * Knowledge of Apache Kafka and data pipelines * **Practical experience with cloud providers, preferably AWS or GCP; Azure knowledge is a plus.** * **Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines** * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar) * Experience with monitoring, observability, and logging * **Proven ability to configure systems for automatic scaling and load distribution, ensuring high availability and performance under any demand.** * Significant experience with SQL and NoSQL databases * Security best practices, access management, and environment governance * **Prior experience working in SaaS companies or on SaaS products.** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with real-time data systems * Experience with ClickHouse, MongoDB, or BigQuery * Knowledge of event-driven architecture * Experience with high-volume SaaS platforms * Experience with advanced observability platforms *If you seek challenges, continuous learning, and the opportunity to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment, join us at SendSeed to help shape the future of communication!* **We look forward to meeting you!**
